We may collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, club or brand name, club leader name, member count, campus or school, website or social profile, and other information you choose to submit.
We may also receive basic technical information associated with your use of the website, such as browser type, device information, IP address, referring pages, and activity necessary to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the service.

We use information to operate and improve Swaya, manage waitlists and early access, respond to inquiries, communicate about opportunities and product updates, understand demand, prevent misuse, maintain security, and comply with legal obligations.

We may share information with service providers that help us host, secure, analyze, and operate the service. Our current waitlist uses Google Firebase and Cloud Firestore to process and store submissions.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets. We do not sell your personal information.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, manage the waitlist, fulfill the purposes described here, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and satisfy legal requirements. You may request deletion by contacting us.

Swaya is intended for college organizations and business representatives and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
