What Swaya AI does
Swaya AI is a guided workspace for brands planning and managing campaigns with student organizations. It can help turn an objective into a campaign draft, recommend relevant clubs and upcoming events, and summarize information from the brand’s Swaya workspace.
The beta is read-only. It can prepare recommendations and reviewable drafts, but it cannot publish a campaign, accept an applicant, send an agreement, release a payment, or make another account change on the brand’s behalf.
Start with the outcome the brand wants
Campaign planning begins with a business outcome rather than a blank form. In Swaya AI, brands can start with product distribution, student research, acquisition, content creation, an event or experience, expansion into new campus markets, or another custom outcome.
Describe what the campaign should accomplish, who it should reach, where it should run, and any known timing or budget constraints. Swaya AI can ask for missing details before preparing a recommendation.
Distribute products
Plan targeted sampling or product drops through relevant student communities.
Collect research
Organize student surveys, interviews, focus groups, or product testing.
Drive acquisition
Build a campaign around trackable signups, downloads, bookings, scans, or redemptions.
Generate content
Commission student-led photos, videos, posts, or other agreed campaign assets.
Create an experience
Plan an event sponsorship, workshop, table, booth, or live campus activation.
Turn the conversation into a reviewable campaign draft
A Swaya AI campaign draft can organize the campaign title, description, strategic objective, target audience, activation, timeline, budget, locations, compensation, deliverables, and success metrics. It can also identify measurement evidence, assumptions, and open questions that should be resolved before launch.
The draft is a planning output, not a published campaign. The brand reviews it and can open it in the Swaya campaign builder, where the information can be edited and completed before anything is saved or published.
Find relevant clubs and upcoming events
Brands can ask Swaya AI to identify clubs that align with an audience or activation. Recommendations can use available Swaya information such as the organization, campus, location, categories, member information, events, and the reasons each result may fit the request.
The same workflow can surface upcoming events and explain why they are relevant. The brand can then open the underlying club or event in Swaya, review the complete information, and decide whether it belongs in the campaign plan.
Review campaign progress and performance
Swaya AI can summarize campaign information available in the workspace and surface items that may need attention. This gives a brand a conversational starting point for understanding active work without replacing the campaign, partner, submission, shipment, or payment records themselves.
Ask focused questions tied to the original objective: which work is still open, which submissions need review, how the campaign is progressing, or what the available results suggest for the next activation.
Keep the brand in control
Use Swaya AI to reduce blank-page planning and make workspace information easier to understand. Continue using the underlying Swaya records to verify details and make final decisions.
The brand remains responsible for reviewing the campaign brief, selecting organizations, confirming terms, approving submitted work, and managing payments. Swaya AI helps prepare the work; the team decides what moves forward.
