Start with a complete organization profile
Your Swaya profile helps brands understand who your organization represents and what kinds of partnerships make sense. Add an accurate description, campus and location, categories, member information, logo, gallery images, and relevant links.
Add upcoming events when your organization wants brands to discover specific sponsorship possibilities. Set up payouts early so account setup does not delay an approved payment later.
Explore opportunities that fit your organization
The Explore area includes brand opportunities with campaign information, compensation, deadlines, locations, requirements, and deliverables. Opportunities may offer cash, products, cash plus products, or custom compensation.
Review the complete opportunity before applying. Make sure the audience, schedule, location, event requirement, and requested work match what your organization can actually deliver.
Apply and explain why your organization fits
When an opportunity is relevant, submit an application through Swaya. Event sponsorship opportunities may require you to select the event connected to the application. Use your response to explain the match between your community, the event or activation, and the brand’s goal.
Submitting an application does not create a partnership by itself. The brand reviews applicants and decides which organizations should receive an agreement.
Review the agreement before accepting
The agreement establishes the partnership before work begins. Review the compensation, deliverables, timing, and other campaign details. Accept only when your organization understands and can complete the requirements.
After acceptance, the opportunity becomes an active partnership in Swaya. That partnership workspace is where your organization can follow the work through completion.
Complete deliverables and submit proof
Use the partnership workspace to review tasks, shipment information, messages, and payment details. Complete each deliverable as agreed and keep relevant evidence during the activation rather than trying to recreate it afterward.
Submit the requested photos, videos, links, screenshots, counts, recaps, or other proof through Swaya. The brand reviews the submission and may approve it or request a specific change.
Move from approved work to payout
Once the required work has been reviewed and the payment is ready, Swaya records the payment status for the partnership. Your organization can review payouts in its Payouts area.
A connected payout account is required for funds to be transferred. Keep the payout account current and respond to any setup requirements shown in Swaya.
