Review the reward, dates, responsibilities, requirements, content terms, and required proof.
Connect payout details early and save evidence while the campaign is happening.
1. Build a complete organization profile
Show brands who your community is, what your organization does, which students you serve, and what kinds of campaigns fit. Add accurate campus details, images, links, events, member information, partnership interests, and payout setup.
2. Find campaigns that fit your community
Browse available campaigns or review direct invitations from brands. Look at the goal, activation, dates, location, products, payment or perks, requirements, and proof before deciding to participate.
Apply when the campaign is relevant and realistic for your organization. Explain how your members, event, or campus plan connects to the brand’s goal.
3. Apply or accept the agreement
An application becomes a partnership after the brand sends an agreement and your organization accepts it. Confirm the timing, rewards, products, responsibilities, and required submissions before any work begins.
4. Complete the campaign and submit the proof
Use the partnership workspace for tasks, shipments, messages, and progress. Save evidence during the activation, then submit the photos, links, counts, feedback, or recap required by the campaign.
5. Get rewarded
The brand reviews the submission and approves completed work or requests a specific correction. Once approved, follow the status of any payment, products, perks, or event support connected to the campaign.
